Responsible for managing strategic multi-year programs and helping customers envision, plan, and implement Informatics solutions for R&D divisions of pharmaceutical and biotech companies.   • Streamlined business processes from paper and pencil to software-based platforms across all departments.

  • Data flow diagrams using web analytics where presented to Executive members of the organization

  • Utilized multiple Elicitation techniques to acquire valuable information from various sources to generate a dashboard that showed the financial data from several databases including PayPal, Square Point of Sale, to determine location comparison, and purchase information related to the number of orders placed per state, [months, week, day of week and time]

  • Handled VDOT Data management including: Traffic Count for Route 16 - Tazewell to Marion VA; downloaded and compared years from 2009 through 2017; created year over year comparison; and derived classifications for vehicles through the use of Pivot tables with Microsoft Excel.

  • Achieved results that have allowed the organization to find, retain, and grow their market; company was featured in several publications including USA Today and The New York Times with the help of data provided for marketing slick sheets.

  • Acted as an on-site IT Project Management Coordinator and oversaw the organization and installation at the local and national levels with the organizations for their Network Upgrade/Change Over; collaborated and engaged with subject matter experts for the duration of the project.

  • Assisted in a fiber relocation project and have provided routine basic IT as well as special project support within two manufacuring facilities.

  • Usage of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills that attended to the East Coast IT Project Manager in a way that could be translated to Japanese for Corporate purposes.
